GET INFORMATION & REGISTER TO PLAY
A 4-day immersion in a unique learning experience that will help you facilitate change and innovation within your organization or ecosystem.
In this video, Sarah Marniesse, head of the AFD Campus, retraces the foundations of the PLAY workshop which focuses on essential 21st century skills. She explains why we must now learn new skills and learn them differently.
In this interview, Edgar Morin discusses the growing complexity of the world and the inadequacy of our ways of thinking, our learning and our economic models in this complex world. He invites us to change our ways of understanding the world in order to connect, learn differently, make challenging decisions and resist.
François Taddéi, the founder of the CRI, talks about how we need to learn how to learn and focus on collective intelligence. To bring solutions to complex issues, we must unite our intelligences, encourage collaboration rather than hypercompetition, and apply critical thinking rather than ready-made answers.
Due to the current health situation, the dates for the next PLAY sessions have not yet been set.
Who organises this training?

They will also have to cover all the costs associated with their trip (transport, hotel, meals, travel to Marseille...).
Where does PLAY and what are the training times?
The training will take place at AFD's Campus in Marseille, France, and will last 4 full days (from 9.15 am to 6.30 pm). Detailed logistical information will be sent to selected participants two months before the start of the training.
How is the selection of selection of participants?

For colleagues from within the AFD Group, please contact the AFD Campus team for more information.
PLAY is a training programme of the Campus of the Agence Française de Développement. Convinced that it is necessary, in a complex and changing world, to broaden the scope of skills and adapt pedagogical approaches so that they promote learning, free the imagination and encourage action, AFD Campus co-constructs and develops innovative and engaging training courses for major transitions.
Thanks to expertise inspired by the teachings of the cognitive sciences, which advocate training through dialogue, experience sharing, inspiration and active learning, Campus AFD reinforces the knowledge, know-how and skills of the 21st century (learning to learn, to care, to be creative, to build narratives, to create meaning, to collaborate) to help learners understand the complexity of transitions and to act with awareness. It enables them to reinvent their positions and postures, to imagine new solutions and paths and to accelerate high-impact projects for a fairer and more sustainable world.
