Being an actor of change and delivering an innovative project in sometimes challenging environments requires true commitment. Leadership is about knowing why you are driving this project, visualizing your desired future and the path to get there, and having the capacity to get collaborators or partners on board.
PLAY guides participants in developing their leadership. The workshop is based on a range of studies on these topics.
First of all, we work on self-awareness: the ability to be aware of your inner states, reactive patterns, resources and intuitions. It is fundamental for the development of emotional intelligence, and therefore of leadership. Mindfulness is a core learning of the PLAY workshop. Participants learn to take a step back from their automatic behaviors, to be fully present and make conscious choices.
We work on meaning by exploring your purpose (or raison d'être). Human beings all need a "why" to make sense of their environment and self. This is an essential source of motivation. During the PLAY workshop, we spend time exploring your raison d'être: your deep motivation, values, specific way of doing things. We look for connections between your project and your raison d'être, for maximal impact... and satisfaction!
